If one will read and learn the Training Philosophies and the Code of Conduct I believe that is the starting line for success.

Workouts in the summer start at 6:30 weeknights, and Saturday is at 9:00 am. Thanks!

Congrats on the kids and finding distance running! The best advice we can give from afar is to absolutely focus on warmup, stretching, and cool down. The kids get faster with training, but they won't be able to train if injured due to inadequate stretching and warmup.
